It is located only 8 miles from the north side of Durango Colorado near the Trimble Hot Springs and Tamarron Resort and is only 15 minutes south of Durango Mountain Resort... making Logwood the closest and the most convenient B&B to downhill and cross-country skiing in Durango Colorado.

Whether you're visiting in winter or summer, you'll find an almost endless array of exciting things to do in Durango. And if you find yourself nearly exhausted from trying to see and do everything, you can always just sit back by our fireplace and enjoy the peacefulness of Logwood. Like watching a doe and her fawn feeding quietly in the early morning mist; or listening in hushed stillness to the whispering of the river while, across our valley evening shadows climb the mountainside. There are over 400 cd's of music to enjoy over the Bose music system in the living and dining room.

We serve a full breakfast every morning. Throughout the day, homemade desserts, fresh coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate, and ice tea and lemonade are available in the kitchen, which you are free to visit every afternoon/evening. Wine and champagne glasses are always available to guests who wish to bring in wine or champagne for the evening. We also have a guest refrigerator to cool down your favorite brew. 

In a separate building we have the Balcony House condo which has a kitchen, bath, living room TV/VCR and stereo.  There is a day bed with a trundle in the living room  and a separate king bedroom for a family of four or two couples.  This unit does not come with full breakfast.
